Crowne Plaza - Caparica Lisbon, Costa da Caparica

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were nice, clean, and equipped with air conditioning, but being close to a noisy meeting room made it a bit annoying. The service was lacking, with poorly trained and unhelpful staff. The location, although near the beach in Capuchos, was very remote from central Lisbon. On the bright side, the dining experience offered good food, except for the coffee and orange juice. The facilities were average, and some additional details stood out while others were disappointing.

The room I stayed in was in a terrible state of preservation, located on the second floor right beside a noisy meeting room that served breakfast and dinner for groups, which made for a less than pleasant environment. The English breakfast was a bit disappointing.

The hotel had a few hiccups during our Valentine's Day stay with missing amenities, but overall it was a good experience. The rooms could use some improvement in being prepared for special occasions, but the service was pleasant and thoughtful. The location made us feel at home and offered a relaxing atmosphere, while the dining experience was enjoyable and included a nice ocean view.
